Lorna Shore are bringing the abyss back down under in 2026, and this time they are going bigger than ever.
The New Jersey deathcore juggernauts have announced a massive Australia and New Zealand headline tour for October 2026, marking their biggest Antipodean headline run to date. After selling out their maiden Australian headline tour in 2025 and then returning to level crowds at Good Things Festival, Lorna Shore are now set to unleash their full force across arena sized stages, with a stacked lineup built for pure devastation.
Joining them across all Australian dates will be deathcore heavyweights Whitechapel, while Massachusetts bruisers The Acacia Strain will appear across the entire Australian and New Zealand run. For the New Zealand shows, local death metal crushers Organectomy will also join the bill.
The tour kicks off in Melbourne on Friday October 16, before hitting Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Brisbane, then crossing over to New Zealand for shows in Wellington and two Auckland dates.
For a band that has spent over fifteen years pushing the boundaries of modern heavy music, Lorna Shore have become one of the most powerful and talked about forces in extreme metal. Blending blackened deathcore, symphonic intensity, brutal breakdowns and towering emotion, the band have carved out a sound that feels cinematic, punishing and completely their own.
Since forming in 2009, Lorna Shore have continued to evolve into a global heavyweight. Albums and releases like Immortal, …And I Return To Nothingness, and their 2025 full length I Feel The Everblack Festering Within Me have only pushed them further into the spotlight, while vocalist Will Ramos has become one of the most recognisable and jaw dropping frontmen in modern heavy music.
Their live reputation has only grown stronger with every tour. Whether it is the sheer violence of the riffs, the impossible vocal gymnastics, the orchestral darkness or the emotional weight they bring to the stage, Lorna Shore have built a live show that feels like being dragged through the gates and launched straight back into the pit.
Whitechapel need no introduction for deathcore fans. Formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2006, they have spent two decades helping define and reshape the genre, bringing together crushing heaviness, groove, melody and some of the most punishing live energy in the game. With nine studio albums behind them, including their 2025 release Hymns In Dissonance, Whitechapel remain one of the most respected names in extreme music.
The Acacia Strain bring their own brand of doom soaked, nihilistic heaviness to the tour, and anyone who has caught them live knows exactly how dangerous this addition is. With more than twenty years of chaos behind them and thirteen albums to their name, including 2025’s You Are Safe From God Here, The Acacia Strain are built for rooms where the floor looks like it is about to cave in.
For New Zealand fans, Organectomy add even more local brutality to the lineup, making those shows a serious celebration of death metal and deathcore destruction.
This is one of those tours where every band on the bill hits like a weapon.
