Sweden’s retro-rock AOR power force The Night Flight Orchestra has officially launched into the stratosphere with their seventh and most cinematic release yet, Give Us The Moon — and Aussie fans, get ready — because the band is making their long-awaited return to Australia at the end of May for a run of electrifying live shows!
Led by the ever-charismatic Björn “Speed” Strid (Soilwork) alongside members of Arch Enemy and Mean Streak, The Night Flight Orchestra have built a global cult following thanks to their soaring synths, infectious hooks, and unmistakable 80s-inspired sound that captures everything we love about classic rock, glam, disco, and AOR — all with a fresh, modern punch.
Released via Napalm Records, Give Us The Moon is a bold, emotionally driven, cinematic journey through sonic space. From the synth-driven opener “Final Call”, to the infectious “Stratus” and hauntingly beautiful “Paloma”, the album pulls listeners into a world of heartbreak, escapism, cosmic adventures, and neon nostalgia.
