Rifleman show review w/supports Submerge and Ice On Mercury at the Enigma Bar 15/12/2017
About a month or so ago I got to chat with Richie DW Norton (Superheist, Walk The Earth,Noir Macabre,Dual ARIA nominated producer) about his Rifleman album Silver and Gold, which for me was an absolute pleasure as I love this album and the large body of work this talented musician has been apart of. Silver and Gold is an extremely catchy album and I’m still rocking out heavily to it.
On Friday night at the Enigma Bar in Adelaide, South Australia I had the joy of catching Richie DW Norton and his band Rifleman with local supports Submerge (which CRANNK readers I will do a piece on soon) and Ice On Mercury (2017 South Australia Heavy Award winners) .
I had a great night I really enjoyed Submerge and Ice On Mercury, but for me when Richie DW Norton Rifleman hit the stage I was front and centre and even though I was also doing my Photography I still didn’t miss a beat singing along, And even DW commented somewhere along the line of it’s great when you see the reviewer singing along to everything.
Richie DW Norton, Rifleman put on an amazing night one that I will remember for a long time and am glad I had the opportunity to catch. Do yourself one favour today go and find this album Rifleman Silver & Gold buy it, listen to it or even better get it then if you can go and catch them live at Mammals Xmas show on the 23rd of December at the corner hotel in Richmond ,Victoria, Australia this will be an absolute killer of a show so get Xmas done right and rock out to some Rifleman.
