Few bands have left an imprint on heavy music quite like letlive.
From their chaotic, genre-defying blend of soul, punk, and post-hardcore to their fearless stage presence, the Los Angeles trailblazers redefined what it meant to connect with an audience. With Jason Aalon Butler’s firebrand vocals, Jean Nascimento’s searing guitar, and Jeff Sahyoun’s unshakable creative heartbeat, letlive. didn’t just perform—they detonated.
Now in 2025, nearly a decade after their 2017 disbandment, the band is returning for one final run: the “Sincerely Yours” Farewell Tour. With Butler, Sahyoun, and Nascimento joined by Sage Webber (Point North) on drums and Skyler Acord (Issues) on bass, this global trek will take them across Europe, the U.S., and down under to Australia this September—playing Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.
For guitarist Jeff Sahyoun, this isn’t just a reunion. It’s closure.
Unlike a nostalgic cash-grab or a half-hearted reformation, letlive.’s farewell feels urgent, necessary, and deeply human. Fans have waited years for closure, and now the band is offering it in the most authentic way possible—through live shows that promise the same chaotic catharsis that made them legendary.
The setlists will pull from across their discography—2010’s breakthrough Fake History, 2013’s The Blackest Beautiful, and 2016’s If I’m the Devil…—with a renewed sense of finality and gratitude. Songs that once exploded with youthful defiance now carry the weight of history, memory, and legacy.
“I think this is all happening out of necessity,” Jason Butler shared earlier this year. “The boys and I have expressed our need to play letlive. music again based on where we are in our lives individually and how the collective spiritual theme between us has aligned. Soul punx never dies.”
For Sahyoun, the farewell tour is less about endings and more about honoring the impact: on themselves, and on the fans who carried their music like gospel.
When letlive. step on stage in September, it won’t just be another concert—it’ll be a communal exorcism, a celebration, and a goodbye letter written in sweat, screams, and riffs. One last time, sincerely yours.
