Today this amazing site turns 10 years old! It’s AMAZING! Who would know that it would last this long!?
It all started with me (Peps) from Sweden, Mez from Canada and MetalDad from Australia (Adrian). How it started is a very different story!
It was Adrian who had an idea about three people from three different continents running a place for metal, and maybe earn some money from it so that we one day could sit in the same room, having a beer togheter in the same room! We still haven’t made any money from it… but who knows, maybe later…!
Things change, Adrian is “retired”, and Mez do some occationaly artwork for the site. Me (Peps) still dream of doing interviews (I actually have one that I’m working on) and reviews, I publish something a couple of times per year.
Thankfully, Adrian invited Jai “That Aussie Metal Guy” to the show, and man, did he bring it! So thankful that I had the chance to meet Jai! What an amazing guy, metalhead and human being! He is the one that keeps this site running today, and what amazing interviews he’s done! And almost started a new career thanks to CRANNK!
For me, it feels like I’m on an odyssey, and who knows were it will end! Right now I’m just feeling greatful for my mates who made this a reallity! And thank you all for dropping in and giving us cheers for all these years!
And now, the journey begins for another ten years! CHEERS everybody! And thanks for your support!
