Finland’s almighty melodic metallers Silentium have been delivering bittersweet melodic doom-filled metal since 1995, and are now due to release their sixth and most powerful, mature, and versatile album to date “Motiva” which comes out worldwide August 28th via Out Of Line Music.
I recently caught up with the amazing Silentium vocalist Riina Rinkinen to dive into the production, recording of Motiva, the singles “Truth“, “Unchained“, and the meaning behind those tracks, we also talk about “Tide” and “Vortex” and Riina’s furbaby(dog) also joins in with hearty approval on how good this Motiva album is.
