Belle Morte Unveil Gothic Vampire Fairytale in “Willow” — A Haunting Halloween Masterpiece

Just in time for the witching hour of the year, symphonic metal phenomenon Belle Morte have unveiled a cinematic feast for the dark-hearted with their new music video “Willow”, featuring the mesmerizing talents of Ruben Monteiro (hurdy-gurdy) and Emma Spinelli (lute).

Blending gothic romance, vampire lore, and symphonic grandeur, “Willow” unfolds like a blood-stained fairytale — a tale of desire, fate, and secrets whispered beneath the moon. The video, directed by Riccardo Ceppari of Winterlight Studio, captures Belle Morte’s signature mix of elegance and melancholy, weaving a visual narrative that feels both timeless and theatrical.

“Willow” is an experience — not just a song. Its haunting visuals and lush arrangements pull you deep into Belle Morte’s world, where love and death dance hand in hand beneath the flicker of candlelight.

The video stars Emanuele Arciprete as Mr. Murray, Belle Morte herself as Countess De Ville, and Ruben Monteiro as Polidoro’s Ghost — with costumes by Annamode Costumes and art direction by Martina Pizzi. Every frame feels like a painting — rich with gothic atmosphere and Renaissance-inspired decadence.

The track is lifted from the band’s critically acclaimed album Pearl Hunting, released via Wormholedeath Records, a record that further cements Belle Morte’s place among the most captivating and cinematic forces in modern symphonic metal.
